Awesome presentation! Patrick O’Donnell is indeed a great guy. And ya one good Realtor needs to work hard consistently to sustain in the market, as the market goes tougher day by day. And I believe that Instead of putting open house board it would be better to go for a local Ad to attract more prospective buyers.
